Diane F. (Murphy) Desrochers, 66, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2015, after courageously facing cancer.

Diane grew up in Salem, NH and graduated from Salem High School in 1966. She worked for Schneider Automation (formerly Gould Modicon) for 24 years before retiring and eventually moving to Florida, where she worked at Crown Wine & Spirits for 12 years and was able to be closer to her parents and siblings.

She enjoyed playing cards and bingo, and spending time with her family and friends. Diane was a devoted and loving mother and her generous nature, witty sense of humor and infectious laugh will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her sons Douglas Desrochers of Raleigh, NC, and Derek Desrochers and his wife Suzanne of Hudson, NH; grandsons, Damian and Chase of NC, and Benjamin of NH; her sister Maureen Murphy of Methuen, MA, brother David Murphy and his wife Cynthia, and her brother Edward Murphy, all of Boynton Beach, FL. She was predeceased by her parents Maurice “Speed” and Frances Murphy.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 6th from 4 to 7 pm at the Goundrey & Dewhirst Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Salem, NH, with a service at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel.
