To the children of Richard Poirier, Sr,
I send my deepest condolences for the loss of your father. I cannot imagine how difficult a time this must be. You are all in my thoughts.
One scripture that has brought comfort to me and many others is Revelation 21:4, which says: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." I look forward to a time when death, sickness, and mourning are all things of the past, and when we can be reunited with those we love.
You are all in my thoughts.

Dick, I remember what a joker and flirt you always were. And ohhh what a salesmen. I couldn't believe when you talked Dave into selling the Sir Anthony James stuff !!! We haven't seen much of each other over the years but I'll never forget and always remember you . To all your family you have my deepest condolences, Love you all.

Words alone cannot express the sorrow in our hearts we share with all of you. Your Dad/brother/grandfather/great grandfather was a joy to be with. His lighthearted joking and concern for his family will greatly be missed. I'll never forget the harmonica serenade he performed at the Christmas Eve parties at Deb's house. Just lovely to listen to. He's probably playing for all his kin up in heaven now. Please know that I am here for any and all of his family. Love to you all.

Dad, you were my "HERO", My "ROCK", and "MENTOR"! I don't think I've accepted that your gone! A few days ago you were laughing, joking and flirting with your nurses!
