Dear Donna,
My heart breaks for you. I understand what it feels like to say goodbye to a beloved father. All of the memories come rushing back to comfort us as we feel bereft and to remind us that Dad formed and shaped us, nurtured our talents and intellect, and modeled for us what a worthy life looks like. Having known you for so long and admired your gifts and passions so evident in everything you do, I feel that I have seen a reflection of your father's profound influence on his daughter. He'll never leave your side.

You have my deepest condolences on your loss. I sang with Bill a couple times at special Christmas Eve services at First Parish Billerica. What a phenomenal and inspiring musician he was. He will be sorely missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the privilege of working with Bill while in the choir at First Parish church,. He was an exceptionally talented musician with a wonderful, natural musical sense - and a joyous (and sometimes mischievous) glee for performing. He had a special "presence," and we all loved him dearly. He has been sorely missed.
