I will miss Shirley so much! We had so many good times, in Bible study, going to see David play his drums, (especially in Maine), Hilton Head and so many more precious memories. We had so many laughs, shared our ups and downs, and always looked forward to good weather so we could take our walks together. She was a sweet, thoughtful friend and my only consolation is that I know she is with her Savior! My deepest sympathy to all of you, her family, who loved her as she loved you all. Memories are God's way of helping us to deal with losing a loved ones, so we will all hang on to our memories and keep them close to our hearts.

I belonged to the same Wednesday morning bible study with Shirley for many years. She was an amazing lady; insightful, profound, wise and caring. I always considered her an inspiration. Although I have not seen her in the last few years, I have thought of her often with love and admiration. She has forever touched my life!

My Heart is heavy for I will miss such a wonderful friend, I came to know Shirley through the Women's Bible Study, she became such a good friend to me over the years, she always uplifted me when I needed encouragement and made me laugh so many times. She had a great gift of sharing her life experiences and how she got through them , always giving the Glory to God. Such a sweet , sweet lady. I know where she is now in the Presence of her Savior.
