Although many years have passed since I last saw you, it feels like yesterday we were all laughing and playing together. Even though growing up, you were the only boy cousin with us five girls you always had a smile even when we would want to play dress up and put on a play. The memories of riding bikes, hiking, family baseball games, playing with the extra large tube on the lake, playing pool an untraditional way, and so much more will always be with me. You were a great person and won't ever forget that. My love and prayers are with everyone who had the chance to be touched by you.

You were one of my dearest friends as a teenager. We laughed so hard. I am sad we lost touch but so happy you found love and happiness in your life. My thoughts and prayers are with your fiancée and family. Trying to keep our happy memories and your laugh and smile in my mind through all these trying times. I love you muchly.

Much love from WI. I haven't spoken to my cousin in a few years but that doesn't erase the memories I have. We grew up together and we shared many laughs. When ever I look at my "Carter TOE" I'll think of you and laugh. Wish I could be there to celebrate your life. Thoughts and prayers for all those who were touched by Phill.
