I was so sorry to have learned of Jane's death just yesterday Dec.14th. She was my wonderful neighbor at Whispering Winds. We had many good times together. I hope I will be told of the Memorial service at St Matthew's.
I will miss her greatly.

I remember her as my wonderful French and Latin teacher at Woodbury HIgh in Salem in the 1950's. I can still recite the Lord's Prayer in Latin, which she had us learn .She taught us moral behavior - "The end does not justify the means". She was an important person in my teenage years.

I usually see your Mother when I am in NH in July, but did not do so this year. Pat Hodgkins was so good to her and she reported to me whenever she visited. I do have many happy memories involving your Mother. Especially way back when she lived with my parents. She seemed happy where she was and I am glad both of you were able to visit her. Peace to all of you and may she rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear of Janes passing. She was a good friend of my mother Mary Walsh. They took vacations together and spending time at Moody Beach in Maine. They also loved to go out to eat especially at Derry Restaurant. Please accept my condolences for your loss.
