Yvonne Kenney

Yvonne (Vancoillie Taylor) Kenney, age 100, of Pelham, NH passed peacefully at Salemhaven Rehabilitation Center on April 10th, 2021.

Yvonne was born on October 2nd, 1920 in Methuen, MA to Virgil and Germaine (Loonjens) Vancoillie of Lawrence, Mass.

Yvonne graduated from Sacred Heart School in Lawrence, MA and went on to study nursing at St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in Lowell, MA.

She had a passion for crocheting, knitting, embroidery, needle point and snow-birding in Florida, as well as spending time at the Pelham Senior Center. She also took exceptional pride in being able to call herself a great grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Marsella and her husband Robert of Pelham, NH; grandson Jason Marsella and his wife Marissa of Manchester, NH; great grandson Ethan Marsella; and special people in her life, Jennifer Marsella of Merrimack, NH, Everett Clark of Pelham, NH and Harriet Kelleher of Salem, NH.

She was predeceased by her husbands Alfred Taylor and Raymond Kenney, as well as sister Lillian Benjamin.
