Obituary

William A. “Bill” Brandy, 67, passed away on January 4, 2023 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH.

Bill was born on May 24, 1955 in Methuen, MA. The son of James and Mildred (Oliver) Brandy of Salem, NH.

He grew up in Salem, NH where he followed his dad’s footsteps on becoming a truck driver. He married MaryJo Getchell from Methuen in 1984. They were happily married for 38 years. Bill enjoyed spending time at the lake with his family.

Bill is survived by his wife MaryJo (Getchell) of Salem, NH. His son William Brandy, Jr and his wife Julie of Hudson, NH. His daughter Brigette Laschi and her husband James of Sandown, NH, his brother Steven and his sister Patricia Brandy both of Salem, NH. He also leaves his grandchildren Billy, Mackenzie, Michael, James, and Brianna. Bill was predeceased by his mother and father.
