Warren John Turner

Warren John Turner, 71, of Salem, New Hampshire, passed away on August 8, 2026.

Warren was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was known for his incredible work ethic, his quiet and gentle nature, his quick wit, and his unwavering devotion to his family.

A lifelong resident of Salem, Warren attended Soule School, Woodbury School, and Salem High School before earning his Associate’s Degree from New Hampshire Technical Institute. For many years, Warren was a huge part of his family’s business, Turner’s Dairy in Salem, where he helped manage and operate the dairy alongside his family. He later worked as a machinist at Kraft Foods in Woburn, Massachusetts, where he was known as a hardworking and dependable employee.

Warren shared 45 years of marriage with his wife, Donna, whom he loved deeply. Together they raised four children, who were among his greatest sources of pride. He was equally proud of his seven grandchildren and loved nothing more than hearing about their lives and accomplishments.

Warren is survived by his beloved wife, Donna (Bradley) Turner; his children, Nicole McCarthy and her husband, Justin; Jodi Dumont and her husband, Wesley; Justine Negron, all of Salem, New Hampshire; and Bradley Turner and his wife, Lindsay of Haverhill, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Mac, Kallie, Sophia, Coleton, Kenzie, Elena, and Jackson; and his siblings, Wayne Turner, Phyllis Hamel, and Lois Supino. He also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family members, and dear friends, all of whom held a special place in his life. He was predeceased by his parents, Gertrude and John Turner.

Warren's family will remember him most for his kindness, humor, strength, and the quiet way he spent his life taking care of the people he loved.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, August 17, from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. at Goundrey Dewhirst Funeral Home in Salem, NH. A funeral service celebrating Warren’s life will immediately follow at 5:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Warren’s memory to the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), supporting its work to provide resources for those affected by Parkinson’s disease and to fund critical research.
