Vincent “Vinny” Marino - Salem, New Hampshire
May 17, 1939 – June 23, 2024
Vincent “Vinny” Marino passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Vinny, the son of the late Joseph Marino and Rose (Amara) Marino, was raised in Medford, Massachusetts until he moved with his young family to Burlington, Massachusetts and then later to Salem, New Hampshire where he lived for the past 48 years. Vinny was a cabinet maker, shaping his craft by working alongside his father at Marino and Sons Furniture in Medford, Massachusetts. Later, he was employed by James Glass Company in Chelmsford, Massachusetts and then later retired from Mill Rock Manufacturing in Sanford, Maine.
Vinny loved his family more than anything and always put them first. He was a fixture at all family events and gatherings. He loved York Beach and spent many vacations there with his family and friends. He always talked about all of his grandchildren and their accomplishments to anyone who would listen. One of his favorite things to do each week was to take a ride in his truck and stop for a coffee and donut.
Vinny is survived by his loving wife of 65 years and his high school sweetheart, Louise (Noce) Marino, his daughter, Donna and her husband, Edward Nordengren, his son, Gary and wife, Josephine Marino, and son, Eric, and his wife, Michelle Marino. His grandchildren, Edward and his wife, Brianna Nordengren, Erika, and her husband, Chad Desrosiers, Jordyn and her husband Josh Knox, Brianna Marino and Vincent Marino. He is also survived by his precious great-grandchildren, Levi Nordengren, Leah Nordengren, Charlotte Desrosiers, Caleb Desrosiers and Lylah Knox. He is also survived by his sister, Teresa (Marino) Dipersio and several nieces and nephews.
