Natalie Costa Obituary

Natalie Costa 85, of Fremont, NH passed away peacefully on Friday September 5, 2025, after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family.

Natalie was born on January 4, 1940, in Madawaska Maine, daughter of the late Patrick and Bertha Parent.

She graduated from Catholic High School in 1957, completing 12 years of school in just 11 years and attended College where she received a bachelor's degree in business.

Natalie married the love of her life Gilbert M. Costa on April 20, 1958, and recently celebrated 67 years of marriage. She loved being a stay-at-home mom raising her four children and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

After raising her family, Natalie became a Real Estate Broker and fully committed herself to connecting her clients with their perfect home. Her professionalism, dedication and calm demeanor earned her high regard in the industry.

As a devout Christian, her strong sense of faith was present every day. She'd often say, "don't worry about it, give it to God and let it go. Her heart was full of compassion, and her strength was immeasurable.

She was a very patriotic woman who highly revered the Stars and Stripes and expressed gratitude to all who served our Nation.

Natalie had the most beautiful voice, often singing for others and at one time in her life considered a professional music career. The decision to be a stay-at-home mom overshadowed her love for singing.

A lover of all animals, especially cats, was evident in the care she provided and the pride she felt knowing they were receiving everything they needed to flourish. They were an extension of her family whether they were house pets or providing that same love for strays and their babies.

Natalie is survived by her husband Gilbert M Costa, son Scott M. Costa and his wife Marisa, daughters Denise Pope and Deanna Connors and her husband Mike Sargent. She also leaves her grandchildren, Shawn Cunningham (Dyanne), Jordan Pope, Dustin Beaudoin (Christina), Kendall Pope (Michael), Alex Costa, Victoria Connors, and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her brother Don Parent and other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Darlene Cunningham.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Natalie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or NHSPCA.
