Marguerite “Peggy” Bradish, 91 of Salem, NH passed away on Saturday September 14, 2019 at High Pointe Hospice House, Haverhill with her loving family by her side. Mrs. Bradish was born, raised and educated in Lawrence. She has lived in Salem, NH for the past 40 years. She worked at Bolta Company of Lawrence, and also worked at many local nursing homes. Prior to her retirement, Peggy worked as a waitress for Denny's Restaurant in Salem, and also at T.J. Maxx of Salem. She was a volunteer at the Salem Boys and Girls Club. Marguerite also volunteered at St. Joseph’s Bingo, the Kiwanis Bingo and Rockingham Race Track Bingo. She loved bowling, dancing, Bingo, walking by the lake and especially loved being with her family, children, grandchildren and their families.
Marguerite was predeceased by her husband Joseph R. Bradish and her family members include her daughter Helen Moulton of Salem, NH, her sons, Joseph Bradish and his wife Pyong Bradish of Shirley, MA and Michael Bradish and his wife Diane Bradish of Windham, NH, her daughter Marguerite “Pete” Anthony and her companion Paul Schultz of Salem, NH and her daughter Sharon LaChance and her husband Michael LaChance of Salem, NH. Marguerite also leaves her longtime companion Louie Alterisio of Salem, NH as well as her 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Marilyn Russo.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday September 19, 2019 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Goundrey & Dewhirst Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Salem, NH. Funeral services will be on Friday September 20 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem.
