Katherine M. Marsan

Katherine M. Marsan, 84 of Salem, NH passed away on Saturday March 28, 2020 at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH.  Mrs. Marsan was born, raised and educated In Lawrence and has lived in Salem, NH since 1960.

Kay took great pride and joy in taking care of her home and beloved family.  Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the highlight of her life.  Kay and her husband Lou were beautiful Ballroom dancers and became instructors to share this love with others.  Upon retirement, she continued to share this joy by teaching line dancing at many local recreation and senior centers.  Her other great loves were ocean beaches, both in NH and Florida.  She loved exploring NH and its many wonders, especially the North Conway area.

Kay lost her beloved husband and dance partner Lou in 2017.  She leaves behind her brother Timothy Tomlinson and his wife Rose. Her family members include her sons Stephen and his wife Patrice, Christopher and his wife Lynn and her daughter Rosalind Ryan and her partner Russell Hinton.  She also leaves 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren .
