Joanne (Carlino) Domenico

Joanne Domenico – Salem, NH

Joanne Domenico of Salem, NH formerly of Medford, MA passed away peacefully at the age of 76, surrounded by family at High Point Hospice House in Haverhill, MA on April 25, 2023.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ralph Domenico of Salem, NH.

She was born in Boston, MA the daughter of the late, Joseph Carlino and Dorothy (Fulgoni) Carlino.  She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Carlino.  She is survived by her brother, Robert Carlino and his wife, Susan and Ellen Carlino.  Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her.

Joanne was employed at the Court House in Boston, MA and in her later years at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, MA in the transportation department, where she thrived working with the patients.

She enjoyed camping and vacationing with her husband in their RV.  Her true passion was dogs and animals.  She loved and cared for many throughout her lifetime.

The family is very grateful for the wonderful care, compassion and guidance of the nurses and staff of the Home Health VNA, the Merrimack Valley Hospice and the High Point Hospice House in Haverhill, MA.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date to celebrate Joanne’s life.  Please consider making a donation to the charity of your choice, St. Jude’s Hospital or to the Animal Rescue League in Boston, MA.
