Glorisse Y. Myers

Glorisse Y. Myers, 90, of Salem, NH passed away peacefully on January 18, 2023, at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, MA.

She was born in Lawrence, MA on March 8, 1932, daughter of the late Wilfred and Marie (Roy) Lantagne

As a child, she attended St Anne’s school in Lawrence, MA. She retired from Lucent Technologies after 30 plus years of service as an assembler.

She was an avid bowler for many years where she belonged to the Lucent Technologies bowling league. She enjoyed visiting the Ingram Senior Center in Salem, NH and line dancing with her friends, as well as visiting her home in Englewood, FL every winter as a snowbird. She enjoyed playing shuffleboard, shopping, having lunch with friends, relaxing at the beach, day trips and watching sports.

Glorisse is survived by her daughter Linda R. Batta of Salem, NH. She also leaves 2 grandchildren, Nicole
Archibald of Salem, NH and Steven Borgioli and his wife Linda of Chatsworth, CA; as well as 2 great granddaughters, Neela Archibald of Salem, NH and Olivia Borgioli of Chatsworth, CA. she also leaves behind 2 nieces, Carol Neveu and her husband Paul of St. Augustine, FL and Danielle O’Neil and her husband Craig of Burlington, CT. She was predeceased by her sister, Juliette (Lantagne) Labbe and her brother, Lucien Lantagne.

Family and friends are invited to an hour of visitation on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 10 am to 11 am at the Goundrey Dewhirst Funeral Home 42 Main Street Salem, NH. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
