George E. Tieri Sr. – Methuen, MA

George E. Tieri Sr. of Methuen, MA passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. George was born on June 28, 1933, to Bernard and Angelina Tieri and formerly lived in Everett, MA, Malden, MA and Salem, NH. He is predeceased by his wife Josephine (Russo) Tieri, son, George E. Tieri Jr., nephew Daniel Morelli and siblings Robert, Eva, and Richard. George's family also include his sister Helen Tieri-Hills of NH, daughter Joanne Tieri-Pagliccia and her husband Jack Pagliccia of Florida, son Mike Tieri and wife Kristine Bielecki-Tieri of NH and daughter-in law Teresa Lennon-Tieri of MA. George also leaves behind loving nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

George served in the Massachusetts National Guard and worked as an Automotive Parts Manager with Ford/Lincoln Mercury until his retirement.

There are no calling hours or services at this time. There will be a graveside ceremony in Pine Grove Cemetery in Salem, NH in the spring.
