Francine Berube

Francine Berube, age 74 of Salem, NH passed away unexpectedly at her home in Salem, NH on Thursday December 19, 2024. Francine was born on April 28, 1950 in Packington, Quebec Canada. She was the daughter of the late Stanislas and Gisele (Moreau) Beauregard. 

Francine was educated in schools in Quebec, Canada. She came to the Greater Lawrence area in 1968 with her family. She worked at several factories in Lawrence then moved on to ITT Semiconductors as an Assembly Tech while pursuing her hairdressing license. Towards the end of her career, she was a loyal employee at International Tape Company and enjoyed serving the children of the Salem, NH school district cafeteria. 

She was the first born of 14 children and enjoyed spending time with all of her siblings and visiting Quebec. A couple of her favorite activities were Sunday dinners with her family and enjoying school theatre shows. Although petrified of animals, she adored her three family dogs; Walnut, Zoey, and Zeus. Francine was a devoted Catholic and an avid church goer. She was the best mother and Gram and will be deeply missed. 

Francine will be rejoining her husband Jeannot after 44 years. Her family members include her daughters Vicky Nadeau and her husband Yves. She was predeceased by her daughter Lisa (Berube) Larochelle and leaves behind her grandchildren; Nina Marie, Kevin and his wife Jocelyn, Zachary and his fiancee Morgan, Makayla, Joshua, and great-grandchild Addison Lisa along with her siblings Pauline Dube and her husband Jacques, Adeline Dumont and her husband Jean-Noel, Laval Beauregard and his wife Nicole, Clermond Beauregard, Celine Fortier and her husband Pierre, Marc Beauregard and his wife Pam, Lise Beauregard, and Guy Beauregard and his wife Judy. She also leaves her sister-in-law Denise Beauregard, as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Francine was predeceased by her siblings Menick Beauregard, Nicole Dumont and her husband Conrad, Clement Beauregard, Gervais Beauregard, and her sister-in-law Theresa Charest and Bert Beauregard.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday December 27, 2024 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Goundrey Dewhirst Funeral Home 42 Main Street Salem, NH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 28 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Church 40 Main Street, Salem, NH. Burial will be at St Mary Immaculate Conception Cemetery Lawrence.
