Eleanor B. Young – Hampstead, NH

Our loving mother, Ella died peacefully in her home on September 2, 2025. She was 95 years old. Mom being 2nd generation Italian, in her early years she was raised in the North End of Boston. Later the family moved to Everett (where she had graduated - class of 1949) and resided and married William and raised her two sons. Mom was a devoted wife of the late William F. Young. Mother to Dana W. Young (son) and his wife Karen (Barbato) Young of Middleton. Keith W. Young (son) and his wife Miriam (Cardona) Young of Hampstead. Grandmother to the late Tayli Ann Young and Cory K. Young, also Juan Gomez and Salome Gomez of East Boston. Ella also leaves behind 4 great grandchildren as well.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Goundrey Dewhirst Funeral Home, 42 Main Street, Salem, NH 03079. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral service in Lakeview Cemetery, Kent Farm Road, Hampstead, NH 03841.
