Doris Thibodeau

Doris (Morin) Thibodeau, 92 of Salem, NH Passed away on Saturday September 24, 2022

Mrs. Thibodeau was born in Lawrence, MA where she resided for thirty-four years before moving to Salem, NH. She attended both parochial and public schools in Lawrence. She was one of four children born to the late Wilfred Morin and Rose (Gagne) Morin.

Doris had been employed in a number of occupations including Western Electric and Lawrence General Hospital. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was talented in those fields.

She was a stay-at-home mom to her four children until they were adults. Only then did she engage in outside employment.

Doris was a long-time member of the Salem Athletic Club and the Park Lane bowling league. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed visits to Foxwood Casino and Atlantic City. She loved playing bingo and the card game of "forty-fives" at the Salem Senior Center. She also enjoyed the many exercise classes offered at the center and the many excursions to various locations on a monthly basis.

Doris and her husband also enjoyed many motorhome trips across the USA and Canada. She also enjoyed group tours to many countries.

Her family members include her husband, Alcide Thibodeau; her daughter, Lisa Thibodeau; her son, Kevin Thibodeau and his wife, Theresa Thibodeau of Hampton Falls, NH; her son, Alan Thibodeau and his wife Lorraine Thibodeau of Nashua, NH. She also leaves her three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
