* In lieu of flowers we ask for your generosity and kindness in making a donation to the “Caring for a Cure” foundation through Massachusetts General Hospital. The nurses at the hospital run the campaign and all proceeds go directly to their patients or to research. The foundation has donated so many Christmas gifts, patriots’ tickets for me and Ashley and has even set us up on a nice dinner date! This is such a great cause and impacts the lives of patients directly and any donations would not only be appreciated by Ashley, but to other patients in the future. Thank you for your consideration!  To leave an online condolence, please visit Ashley’s tribute page at www.goundreydewhirstfuneral.com.
