Maryalice Laird

Maryalice Laird, 86 of Lawrence passed away on Friday October 18, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  Maryalice was born in Myersdale, Pennsylvania to the late Percy J. and Ruth M. Vought.  She married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life on July 27, 1952. 

Maryalice was a longtime resident of Lawrence. She worked for J.H. Emerson out of Cambridge for 28 years where she made medical supplies.

God, family and friends were the most important of her life.  She enjoyed crocheting and traveling but most of all her family.

Maryalice will be greatly and sadly missed by her loving children, her sons Kenneth and Matthew and her daughter Cindy Benitez and her loving grandchildren Joey, Reyna and Nick Benitez and Kirah Laird.  She also leaves her loving sister Roberta Colley and her close niece Bonnie Shuey.  Maryalice also leaves family in Pennsylvania as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Eck and her brothers Kenneth and Richard Thomas.

Family and friends are invited to on hour of visitation on Thursday October 24, 2019 from 9am to 10am at Riverside Assembly of God, 15 Lowell Blvd, RT 110, Methuen, MA 01844.  Funeral services will follow the visitation at 10:00 am on Thursday at the church.  Burial will be in St Mary Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.
