Joseph H. "Butch" Bacigalupo

Joseph H. (Butch) Bacigalupo, 69, of Salem NH passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Nevins Nursing Home in Methuen, MA.

Joseph was born on July 5, 1949 in Methuen. He was the son of the late Joseph & Thelma Bacigalupo. He was educated in Methuen. After high school, Joseph served in the US Navy for 4 years. In that time, he attended Boot Camp in Maryland and was stationed in Norfolk, VA.

Joseph was employed at Raytheon for 36 years before retiring in 2009.

Joseph, known as Butch to his family, was a quiet and gentle man who enjoyed cooking, spending time with Angie (kitty), and especially spending time with his son Danny over the years going to Rockingham Race Track. He continued to enjoy horse racing throughout his life. Everywhere Butch went, people loved his kind-hearted soul and his blue eyes. He will be sadly missed.

Joseph is survived by his loving son Daniel. He also leaves behind his brother Dennis Bacigalupo of Methuen, MA, his sisters Cheryl McRobbie and her husband Michael of Salem, NH, and Susan Bacigalupo of Salem, NH, as well as several nieces and nephews, Auntie Edna, many cousins, and Tracy, whom he considered to be like a daughter to him.
