Edward M. Ryea

Edward M. Ryea, 56 of Salem, NH and formerly of Methuen, MA passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 8, 2019.

He was born December 16, 1962 in Marlborough, MA. Ed grew up in Richford, VT. Ed enjoyed spending his summers at Lake Winnipesaukee, restoring vintage cars and was an avid Patriots fan.

He is survived by his loving wife Sandra Byers-Ryea of Salem, NH, his mother Gloria and step father Gerard Gagnon of Dracut, MA., his daughter Schauntel Duhaime and her husband Steven of Deland, FL., brother Roger Ryea of Richford, VT., stepdaughter Christine O'Boyle of Salem, NH, mother in law Kay Byers of Tewksbury, MA., his granddaughter Sienna Duhamie of Deland, FL., and grandson Isaiah Flores of Salem, NH. and his beloved dog Miley. He also leaves his brothers and sisters in-law and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his father Ira Ryea, brother Bryan Ryea and father in law Bill Byers.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to call on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Goundrey & Dewhirst Funeral Home, 42 Main St., Salem NH. A funeral service for Ed will begin at 12 noon.
