Richard Breton, 78, born and raised in Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully with his family on June 1, 2016, after a long battle with Huntington's disease.

Richard graduated from Tenney High. He spent a short time in the Marine Reserves. He worked 34 years at Malden Mills. Richard moved to central NH soon after retirement where he enjoyed doing yard work and spending time with his family and pets. He had a loving, generous heart and always tried to make people smile and laugh.

He leaves behind his daughter Lisa Xavier and husband Victor of Epsom, NH, where he lived with Lisa and Victor for over 10 years until his death. He also had a daughter Linda Boudreau and husband Richard of Barnstead, NH, and a daughter Dawn Deseve of Methuen, MA. He had 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was the son of the late Alfred and Bertha Breton of Methuen, MA, and was predeceased by his 2 sisters, Julia Savinelli of FL and Gertrude Dion of SC.
