I cannot believe it'll be 5 years since you left me, mom. I'll be 21 soon, & I haven't seen you since I was 15. Not a single day goes by that I am not conflicted with this. I hope to find happiness again, sometime soon.

Sweet Michelle
Her gifts of love were like an endless kiss
I received a letter that brought me sad sorrow.
My sweet, sweet cousin Michelle has left us
We will share no more tomorrow’s.
I remember a mother and daughter who had their struggles
but they always relied on their tomorrows.
To share a kiss, a wave, hello and goodbye.
Never a moment without sharing loving eyes.
A mother who made Michelle’s dresses from scratch
A mother’s talent filled with love that no one could match.
As the years went by I embraced the joy and pleasure
Of watching Michelle’s gifts of love that could never be measured.
As the years went by and we lost track of each other.
I would often sit and glow of her and wonder.
Daughter, Sister, Mother, Wife and Nurse
Her gifts of love were like an endless kiss
A few years ago, I received a call to my surprise
A voice I longed to hear was on the other side.
We laughed and giggled and shared old times.
Mother’s, Father’s, cousins and kids.
Again, I felt her gifts of love fill my emptiness.
We will always feel sad now and then
But Michelle wouldn’t want it that way for long
She would say it’s a sin
Just close your eyes and if you listen peacefully
You will hear the soft voice of Sweet Michelle
in the wind, the rain, the smell of fresh flowers and when the sun shines.
Michelle is saying,
“I am so grateful for my family and the beautiful life I have lived.”
“Don’t worry we will see each other again”
“In some timeless place, where there will be never ending tomorrow’s.”
“We will share love, laughter and sweet memories.”
“Remember, I love you all.”
“I will be forever with you in your dreams.”

Your loving cousin forever,

Too soon for a lovely Woman, Wife, Mother, Sister, Soul to leave this earthly Realm.
To soon for this beautiful smiling face to go away.
Too soon for the Good of heart to leave those that love and cherish her.
Condolences to the family
