James R. Feener, 56 of Lawrence passed away on Tuesday July 18, 2017 at High Pointe House, Haverhill.  Mr. Feener was born in Somerville, MA and was raised and educated in Somerville and Salem, NH.  He was a 1980 graduate of Salem High School.  Jim enjoyed his work with several local security companies and more recently and before his illness, he worked at Walmart in Tewksbury, MA.  He was a third degree member of the Salem New Hampshire council of The Knights of Columbus. Jim loved his family and loved spending time with them. He especially enjoyed his dog, Dillinger.

Jim’s family members include his wife, Pam, his mother, Eleanor and mother-in-law, June Smith as well as his sisters, Barbara and her husband, Paul and Jane and her husband, Thomas.  He also leaves his brother-in-law, Christopher and his wife, Cheryl and his sister-in-law, Sarah Shea-Smith.  He leaves his nieces, Rebecca, Brittany, Emily and her fiance Daniel, Miranda and her husband Rick, Amanda and her husband John, and Megan and his nephews, Matthew, Alexander, Sam, Michael and Shane and his fiance Ashley, as well as 1 great niece, Bella, and one great nephew, Johnny.  He was predeceased by his father, Richard, father-in-law, George Smith, brother-in-law, Stephen and his beloved dog, Bogart.
