Douglas B. Bolivar Jr., age 57, passed into eternity unexpectedly on August 12, 2015.

Born in Boston, he is survived by his estranged wife, Terry Bolivar of Gardner, MA, and his beloved son, Christian Royal Bolivar, also of Gardner. Douglas is also survived by his father, Douglas B. Bolivar Sr. and his deceased mother, Dorathy A. Bolivar, formerly of Peabody, MA; his sister, Debra Veator and her husband Richard, of Salem, NH; his nephew Richard Veator of Manchester, NH; and his niece Jennifer Avila and her husband Luis and their two children, Jason and Michael, of Raleigh NC. Douglas is also survived by his Aunt Ruth Morash of Stoneham and many cousins and friends.

Douglas was currently a shipper and receiver in his hometown of Salem, NH. He was loved by his family, coworkers and friends. Douglas enjoyed spending time with his son Christian and playing the keyboard in his spare time. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit and hilarious sense of humor. Doug took every opportunity to make anyone laugh if given the chance, especially if they were having a bad day. He will be truly missed by his many loved ones and friends.
